Positioning: a new concept to better analyse the level of proficiency

Are you an employer, a trainer, or a teacher? The analysis of campaign results has been revamped in your Pix Orga dashboard with a new key concept: positioning.

It shows the average level achieved by your learners (pupils, students, employees, etc.), compared with the maximum level that can be achieved in the test*.

Legend: Average level achieved by learners (in purple), compared with the maximum level that can be achieved by participants in this test (in white)

Two views are available:

  • overall positioning: the average level of all participants over the test as a whole;
  • detailed positioning: the average level by competence and by subject.

This positioning is also summarised into proficiency levels: beginner, independent, advanced, or expert.

*Note that certain levels may not be achievable if a maximum level has been set in the test used in your campaign.

A clearer view to make better use of the results

Designed to give you a simpler, more accurate, and more usable view of your learners' results on their Pix tests, with this new results analysis you can:

  • Know where your learners stand: their proficiency in the test overall, by competence and by subject;
  • Identify the strengths and areas for improvement of the group being assessed;
  • Get a clearer understanding of the scope of your assessment campaigns, with an overview of the subjects, their descriptions, and the maximum achievable levels.

Real-time analysis

Results are analysed in real time, based on participations that have been shared and not deleted. If a participant has participated several times, only the latest results shared are taken into account.
