List of recipient processors of Pix users’ personal data

This document lists Pix’s recipient processors of Pix users’ personal data. All of Pix GIP’s processors host their data in France or in the European Union. All user data processed on the Pix platform are hosted in France, with the exception of some logs that are hosted in Germany, and data which users or partners send to us in the requests they initiate independently from the Pix platform (service request via a form, support request via the user help platform, etc.), which are hosted in other EU countries.

The list below states the processor entrusted with each activity mentioned:

Hosting and processing data from the Pix platform: Scalingo (France)
Hosting and processing data from Pix’s secondary sites: OVH (France)
Online service for aggregating application logs: Datadog (EU storage option)
Online service for managing user help tickets: Freshdesk (EU storage option)
Online service for sending emails to users: SendInBlue (EU)
Online service for forms intended for users: 123Formbuilder (EU storage option)
Online service for forms intended for users: Démarches simplifiées (EU)
Online collaborative working tool for Pix teams: Gsuite (EU storage option)
Protection against cyber attacks and threats: Baleen (UE)
IT development services: Octo, Zenika (France)
